Hong Kong has some of the most competitive horse races in the world and close finishes are common sights. To assist the Judges with the determination of race results, the Hong Kong Jockey Club has a team of professional staff utilizing modern and purpose-built equipment to capture accurate finish photos. A Voting Member of the Club also officiates.
